Linked in Friendship,
Connected in Service
Who we are
The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other people of African ancestry.
Locally, the Pasadena-Altadena Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, consists of a group of resourceful, professionally accomplished, and dedicated women who are active in the community. Members are role models, mentors, activists, and volunteers who work toward the realization of making the name “Links” not only a chain of friendship, but also a chain of purposeful service in improving every aspect of their local community.
President's Message
It is an honor to serve as the new chapter President. I am especially excited that our chapter, which was founded by twelve friends in 1963 is celebrating 60 years of Friendship and impactful Service in the Pasadena-Altadena community. We continue the traditions established by our charter members as we build on their legacy of Friendship and Service to the Community.
Please enjoy our website to learn more about us, our service to the community and our 60-year celebration.
Thank you.
